Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roxo Space, one account for the apps of the Roxo group, operated by Brivo Synaptics (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Zambia. By creating an account you agree to them. Each app you use with your account has its own terms, which apply to your use of that app.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your password secret, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use Roxo Space to impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or test its security without our written permission. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, the law, or puts the service or others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

3. Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms apply to your Google account. Our Privacy Policy says what we receive from Google.

4. Availability

We work to keep Roxo Space available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance.

5. Our service

Roxo Space, its software and brand belong to Brivo Synaptics. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

6. Liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
• Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
• These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

7. Ending the agreement

You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. When an account closes, we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy, except what the law requires us to keep.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here. Continuing to use Roxo Space after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. The parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction.
